We currently offer the following payment methods to all couriers:

All prices displayed on the shop are inclusive of any local taxes. Tax may still be payable on additional postage and handling costs.

We use Stripe, the leading payment platform.

All card numbers are encrypted at rest with AES-256. Decryption keys are stored on separate machines. None of Stripe’s internal servers and daemons can obtain plain text card numbers but can request that cards are sent to a service provider on a static allowlist. Stripe’s infrastructure for storing, decrypting, and transmitting card numbers runs in a separate hosting environment, and doesn’t share any credentials with Stripe’s primary services including our API and website.

Shipping & Delivery

All deliveries within Poland will usually be delivered next-day, however due to elements outside of our control this may occasionally be slightly longer.

We aim to deliver all EU orders within 3-5 business days.

All UK orders are delivered next-day if the order is placed before 2pm. Orders placed after 2pm Friday will be delivered Tuesday.

Exchanges and Returns

All couriers in Spain receive free exchanges and returns.

All Others:

– 12 month warranty on equipment that is deemed manufacture faulty


– Once you have received your order of equipment you have 14 days to cancel and you can only return the product and receive a refund if the product is in original condition (The return fee will be at your cost)


– All new equipment will be purchased by the courier (unless for the reasons above)

You have 14 days after receiving your order to make any exchanges to your order e.g. missing items, wrong sizing.

We charge a fee to cover the exchange postage. Please email returns@white-ward.com to arrange a return or to request pricing.

– edge cases: equipment damaged in a fire, accident or incident can be refunded or replaced


– We will approve or deny your refund request within 5 working days. Please note, it may take a further 3-5 working days for your bank to process the payment.

We recommend regular maintenance routines, which may include cleaning, storage in appropriate conditions, and following any provided care instructions. Our team can provide you with detailed guidelines on how to properly care for your equipment to ensure it remains in excellent condition.

Ordering additional equipment is simple. Visit our website and navigate to the shop section. Follow the provided instructions to place your order. If you have specific questions or requirements, our Customer Service team is available to provide guidance and assistance throughout the ordering process.

We strive to provide a fair and efficient system for equipment orders. Each rider is allowed to purchase only ONE of each item. However, car couriers have the special privilege of being able to purchase up to 2x Thermal bags. It’s important to note that repeatedly attempting to order more equipment beyond the specified limits may result in the suspension of your Stuart shop account. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these guidelines.

If you have old equipment and would like to retrieve your deposit, please send an email to equipment.uk@stuart.com. One of our dedicated representatives from Stuart will promptly reach out to you to initiate the deposit return process. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we’re here to assist you with a seamless and efficient deposit refund procedure.

Yes, you have the option to change the delivery address of your kit. If you need to update the delivery destination, please reach out to the provider directly. You can find their contact details in the tracking email that was sent to you. Simply get in touch with them and provide the necessary information to facilitate the address change. Your provider will assist you in ensuring that your kit is delivered to the correct location.
